Biography

Edward E. Kelly is "of counsel" to the firm and concentrates in medical malpractice and personal injury litigation. With over 35 years experience devoted to advocating for the victims of serious personal injuries, Mr. Kelly has successfully tackled the most complex and challenging cases. He also represents medical professionals as "personal counsel" in issues involving the protection of personal assets that may arise during a suit.

Attorney Kelly speaks on medical malpractice issues for the Massachusetts Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA) and the Association of the Trial Lawyers of America (ATLA). He has been designated as a Massachusetts Super Lawyer in the area of litigation. Mr. Kelly has also been bestowed the highest rating, AV, by the Martindale-Hubbell* registry of lawyers, and has been awarded the Avvo rating of "superb."
